Table Toppers for your 4th Party
After you’ve chosen your plates, napkins, and cups you need to finish the table by choosing some finishing touches. Some ideas for table toppers include balloons, a sparkling foil star centerpiece, or a line of flags.
This year why not be a little more creative with your table décor and choose party favors as your table’s centerpieces. Scatter a variety of beads, sun glasses, lei’s, or other red white and blue favors along the table and encourage your guest to choose their favorite as they fill their plate.
The Festive Flag Razzmatazz Centerpiece is composed of mylar balloons, and a shooting metallic stars. It measures 14 inches tall and can be stored for use at another patriotic event or next year’s July 4ths BBQ or Picnic.
Looking for shooting stars choose the Stars Mini Cascade Centerpiece. This piece is made of foil and has a variety of red, blue and flag print stars shooting from the center of the piece. This centerpiece is 8 ½ inches tall and does need to be assembled.
Finally, choose a small flag and line the middle of the table with a row of flags. You can add some wooden stars painted red, white, and blue flag holders. This can be a simple project for the kids the week before the party. At the craft store find wooden stars, make sure they are at least an inch thick. Pick up red, white, and blue acrylic paints and brushes. Let the kids get creative painting, some can be solid, take a sponge and sponge on all the colors, or paint a flag or fireworks pattern on the flag holder.
These simple and fun pieces will make your table sparkle and shine at your party on the fourth this year.
